Clare qualified from Cardiff Dental School in 1997 and quickly developed a strong interest in oral surgery while working within the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery departments at Addenbrooke’s, Kettering, and Northampton NHS Trusts. In 2004, she joined the senior oral surgery team at Ipswich and Colchester Hospitals, where she continues to be a valued member of the department.
Clare has extensive experience in all aspects of Oral Surgery, with particular expertise in the surgical removal of wisdom teeth and other complex extractions. She welcomes referrals for pre-orthodontic procedures, including exposing unerupted teeth and carrying out frenectomies. She is also skilled in the removal of benign soft-tissue lesions, with full access to histopathology services for specimen analysis.
In addition to her oral surgery work, Clare is a highly trained implant surgeon, holding a postgraduate diploma in implant dentistry. She is passionate about restoring both function and aesthetics, offering tailored treatment plans that may include hard- and soft-tissue augmentation when required. Clare is also an experienced sedation practitioner and is well regarded for her calm, supportive approach to managing anxious patients.
Recognised for her professionalism and approachable manner, Clare was approved as a Tier 2 Oral Surgery (DWSI) provider in 2010. She is committed to providing consistently high standards of care for both her own patients and those referred to her by colleagues.

Friday 5th June I had appointment with Lesley the hygienist, I was a bit worried about having a new hygienist. Debbie and Louise the wonderful receptionists assured me I would be fine. Lesley was fantastic I felt so comfortable and completely at ease. Thank you Lesley and The receptionists they were all brilliant.😃
diane hilder I’m a very nervous patient and just moved to the area, so was dreading my first visit here. However Mr Jacob McKenzie was very caring, patient in explaining everything he was doing and soon put me at ease. The reception staff are also very welcoming.

Tammy Morton I visited Parkview for the first time a while back because I need urgent appointment my tooth was killing needed pulling out I have never been treated so nice from the moment I walked I'm Mr Adam Hunter, introduced him self on look a my tooth said he need to take it out he so so gently I didn't feel him pull it out. I've been back for a filling I would highly recommend Parkview to anyone 200%.
